Fahey named veep at YSU

Jack Fahey has been named vice president of student affairs at Youngstown State University.

Fahey has served as interim vice president of Student Affairs since last July.

“Jack has a passion for this university and our students that guides every decision he has made in more than three decades at YSU,” President Cynthia Anderson said. “There is no better person to ensure that the interests and welfare of our students are being met.”

Anderson made the appointment this week after a three-month national search led by a seven-member search committee chaired by Greg Morgione, YSU associate general counsel.
