Loomis-Franks wedding plans are announced

AUSTINTOWN

Amanda B. Loomis and Barry J. Franks, both of Austintown, are engaged, her parents announce.

The couple are planning to exchange vows at 2 p.m. June 18 at St. Christine Church in Youngstown. Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and for the reception at the Byzantine Center at the Grove, also in Youngstown.

The bride-to-be, daughter of Ron and Barb Loomis of Warren, is employed as a phlebotomist at Sharon Regional Health System in Sharon, Pa.

The prospective groom, son of Barry A. Franks of Struthers and Joanne Franks of Austintown, works as senior program supervisor for Infocision Management Corp. in New Castle, Pa. He earned an associate degree in computer network systems from ITT Technical Institute and a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from Youngstown State University.
