Laufman-Kenyon wedding plans are announced

The engagement and plans for the summer wedding of Melissa Ann Laufman of Canfield and Gregory Alan Kenyon Jr. of Girard are being announced by their parents.

The bride-to-be, daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Daniel Laufman of Canfield, earned a bachelor’s degree in communications and a bachelor’s in early childhood education from Youngstown State University.

The prospective groom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Gregory Kenyon Sr. of Girard. A graduate of Pittsburgh Culinary Institute of America, Mr. Kenyon is employed by Kraftmaid Cabinetry in Orwell, Ohio.

The couple have planned a 2 p.m. wedding for July 9 at St. Mark’s Lutheran Church in Boardman and an evening reception at The Lake Club in Poland. Invitations are to be issued for both events.
