Brian Governor of Youngstown-based P&W Marketing was selected as the Grand Award winner in the innovation category of the 2011 PEAK Awards. The Print Services & Distribution Association’s annual awards recognize excellence in the print industry. Governor won the award for his entry, “Precept by Numbers,” a creative design combining the print and promotional industries to solve a problem for his client in the health-care industry.
