Wild game grilling seminar scheduled

The Salem Community Center will host a wild game grilling seminar featuring chef Steve James of the Fifth Season Restaurant in Austintown at 7 p.m. Monday.

Participants will get grilling tips and light sampling of all meats demonstrated, including kangaroo, duck breast, wild boar, wild game sausages and venison or elk.

The cost of the seminar is $10, which is nonrefundable. To register, go to the SCC front desk.
