The death of a burglary suspect who authorities say jumped from a southwest Ohio bridge has been ruled a suicide.

The Dayton Daily News reports the Montgomery County Coroner’s Office determined the death of 20-year-old Kylen English was a suicide after reviewing evidence, including video and medical reports.

Authorities say English used his head to break a cruiser window and escape before jumping to his death this month. Community and family members raised questions about whether police had drugged him or used a stun gun on him.

The coroner’s office says there is no evidence of drugs or stun-gun wounds.

City Manager Tim Riordan on Friday urged everyone to withhold judgment until all investigations are complete. He says an FBI civil-rights investigation of the case may take months.
