Salem police seeking help to locate Reilly Stadium vandals

SALEM

Police are asking for the public’s help to determine who defaced Reilly Stadium this week. A school employee found graffiti had been spray-painted sometime early Monday morning in three areas. It’s believed the damage was done overnight. School officials painted over the brown paint used by vandals.

Shortly before 3 a.m. Tuesday, police responded to the stadium, 491 Reilly Ave., after an anonymous caller reported the vandals were back. The report does not state that additional damage was found. Police Chief R. W. Floor has said he believes the same group of people were at the stadium both nights.
