Perkins Homestead neighbors plan picnic

The historical Perkins Homestead Neighborhood Association will host the fourth annual neighborhood picnic at 1 p.m. Aug. 6 at the corner of Belmont and Prospect avenues.

All residents within the historical neighborhood boundaries are invited. Food, games, prizes and entertainment will be provided.
