Sandy Lake man killed in crash with dump truck

MERCER, pa.

A Sandy Lake man was killed in an accident on Glenn School Road in Mill Creek Township.

Pennsylvania State Police in Mercer said Frank R. Kerr Jr., 51, died when his car crossed the center line and hit a dump truck coming the other way at 11:15 a.m. Friday.

He was pronounced dead at the scene. The truck driver was not injured.
