A benefit golf outing is planned for Saturday at Mill Creek Golf Course, state Route 224, to help support the costs of a liver transplant for a baby.

Lunch will be served at noon, and play will begin with a shotgun start at 1:30 p.m. There will be dinner and a silent auction at 7 p.m.

Born Sept. 3, 2010, Rocco Mastramico was diagnosed with biliary atresia, a severe liver disease. On May 12, Rocco received a liver transplant donated by his father, Chris. Funds will go to The Children’s Organ Transplant Association, (COTA) to support the costs of Rocco’s care.
