Mr. and Mrs. Ben Marapese Jr. are announcing the engagement of their daughter, Kristy L. Marapese, all of Struthers, and Gregory J. Gustovich, son of Mr. and Mrs. Mark Gustovich, all of McDonald.

St. Rose Church in Girard has been chosen by the couple for their afternoon wedding in September, and a reception will follow at Mr. Anthony’s in Boardman.

Invitations are to be extended for both.

The bride-elect graduated from Thiel College with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice and sociology. She is a caseworker for Mahoning County Children Services in Youngstown.

The prospective groom graduated from Thiel with a bachelor’s degree in history.
