Adestiny Williams, 5, cools off from Wednesday’s 90-degree heat by splashing around at North Side Pool. Her grandmother, Jay Thomas of Youngstown, had promised to bring Adestiny to the pool. “It’s sad this is the only pool they have in Youngstown,” Thomas said.
