The Ohio State Patrol, Warren Post is investigating a one-vehicle injury accident on Eagle Creek Road in Warren Township, which occurred at about 12:07 a.m. Monday.

The driver, 17-year-old Justin M. Moon of Southington was driving a pickup truck west on Eagle Creek Road when he drove off the left side of the road and struck a tree before the vehicle overturned and came to rest on its side.

The driver was flown to St. Elizabeth Health Center in Youngstown with serious injuries.
