1,000 images of child porn retrieved from Enon Valley home

PITTSBURGH

A 54-year-old Enon Valley, Pa., man was indicted by a federal grand jury and will remain in federal custody pending trial, U.S. Attorney David J. Hickton announced Tuesday.

The two-count indictment against Patrick Joseph Kofalt accuses him of receiving, possessing and accessing material depicting the sexual exploitation of a minor. A special agent with the FBI testified that a search of Kofalt’s home produced more than 1,000 images of child pornography, according to a news release.
