At Fair Park, Graces mark 50th milestone

CANFIELD

Dominic and Sally Grace of Canfield celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary during a party July 2 with friends and family at Fair Park Hall.

Hosting the party were their three daughters and their spouses: Celeste and Marty Conrad of Tampa, Fla., and Denise and Kevin Lindheim and Carol and Tom Mullen, all of Naples, Fla. The Graces also have seven grandchildren.

Mr. Grace and his wife, the former Sally Lefoer, were married June 24, 1961, at St. Columba Cathedral in Youngstown. The couple are members of St. Michael Church.

Mrs. Grace had been a teacher for 40 years when she retired from Youngstown City Schools in 2007. She is a member of the National Education Association, the Ohio Education Association and the Ohio Retired Teachers Association.

Mr. Grace worked as a meat cutter for Atlantic and Pacific Tea Co. in Youngstown before retiring in 1980. He is a member of St. Michael’s Men’s Club and is president of the Council for Better Nutrition in Youngstown. A veteran of the Korean War, Mr. Grace served in the U.S. Army from 1954 to 1957.
