YBPW has been in the Valley for 91 years, empowering working women to achieve their full potential by teaming up with surrounding employers to build a successful workplace for their employees through education, research, knowledge and policy.
Its mission is to achieve equity for all women in the workplace through advocacy, education and information. The club’s vision is to be the leading advocate for working women.
The group meets the fourth Tuesday of each month, September through May. Throughout the year, the club hosts special events honoring women who have been prominent role models and who have made great strides in women’s workplace rights.
