A hacker accessed the Twitter account of an Ohio congressman, replacing his profile picture with a digitally manipulated image of a naked man and posting nonsensical messages.

The Columbus Dispatch reports that the material was quickly removed Wednesday night from the account of U.S. Rep. Bill Johnson of Marietta, who represents portions of southern and eastern Ohio. Johnson’s staff posted a message saying the account had been hacked and apologizing for anything offensive.

Johnson spokeswoman Jessica Towhey says the office is working with Capitol Police, House security and Twitter to determine what happened.

Kevin Holtsberry, 41, of Columbus told The Dispatch he noticed the new “bizarre” photo about 10 p.m. and notified Johnson’s office via Twitter.
