The time of the ribbon-cutting ceremony on the roof of the Trumbull County Department of Job and Family Services on Aug. 1, to unveil the county’s solar- energy-collection system, is 11 a.m. The time was changed as a result of a schedule conflict, said Trish Nuskievicz of the Trumbull County Planning Commission.
