Dave Sugar Excavating 6, Astro Falcons 5 — In the winner’s bracket final, G.J. Senchak had a double and single and three RBIs, and Sugar scored three runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to prevail. Mike Dunn was the winning pitcher. Alex Micklos and Mike Wittman each had two hits, while Jeff Revesz hit a triple. Brendan Cox led Astro with three hits, including a double, while Dan Popio had two hits and two RBIs. Brendan Wells and John Beatty both had two hits also. Today at 5:30 p.m., Astro Falcons plays Team Ohio and Dave Sugar plays Rondinelli. The winners meet at 8 p.m. on Field 1 for the championship.

Roth Brothers 5, J&A Baseball 3 — Roth scored three runs in the top of the seventh to advance. Jim Melfi scattered seven hits for the win. Cam Onderko had a hit, an RBI and scored a run while Anthony Abeid had a hit and scored two runs for Roth. Joe Markovich had a hit and an RBI, Vince Pitzulo scored two runs, Logan Kane hit a double and Tylor Rhoads drove in a run.

Rondinelli Tuxedo 5, Brownlee Lookouts 2 — Sam Donko scattered five hits for the win. Dan Ferguson, Justin McGinnis and Jared Weisen led Rondinelli with two hits each.

Astro Falcons 7, Roth Brothers 4 — James Coates had two hits, including a triple, for Astro, while Brendan Cox had two hits and three RBIs. Brendan Wells and John Beatty also had two hits each, with Beatty hitting a double. Dan Mioni added a triple and winning pitcher Matt Unkefer singled twice. Cam Onderko had three hits, including a triple, and two RBIs for Roth.

Team Ohio 13, Dave Sugar Excavating 1 — G.J. Senchak singled twice and Cody Pitzo had two hits, including a double, for Sugar. Tyler Slepski added two doubles.

Rondinelli Tuxedo 10, Northern Ohio Hurricanes 0 — Matt Ginther pitched a five-inning two-hitter for Rondinelli. Justin McGinnis had two hits, including a double, and four RBIs. Rick Jones added a pair of singles and three RBIs, while Dan Ferguson and Cody Kirk both had two hits. Ferguson had a double, Joe Killian had two RBIs and Corey Hickman doubled.

Brownlee Lookouts 7, Rondinelli Tuxedo 6 — Harrison Wagner and Ryan Megyesi each had two hits (Wagner had a double) for Rondinelli, while John-Mark Weisman had two RBIs. Kane Durkin had a double.
