Man hospitalized in early evening shooting on the South Side

YOUNGSTOWN — Police say a family argument led to a shooting at about 6 p.m. Wednesday in the 3600 block of Hudson Avenue on the South Side that resulted in the hospitalization of a man in his 30s.

A woman drove the man to St. Elizabeth Health Center, where he was reported in stable condition with a gunshot wound to the arm and the buttocks.

A male suspect fled the scene in a car and was not apprehended immediately, but police say they know who he is.
