YOUNGSTOWN

Traci Fuller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Wayne Fuller, all of Youngstown, and John Stephens, son of Sylvia Stephens, both of Youngstown, are engaged to be married.

The couple have planned an open wedding for 3 p.m. Aug. 20 at Rising Star Baptist Church and a reception by invitation at St. Lucy Church hall in Campbell.

The bride-elect graduated from Youngstown State University with a degree in nursing.

She is employed as a registered nurse for Ohio Presbyterian.

The prospective groom graduated from YSU with a degree in criminal justice.

He works for the Department of Justice as a warehouse supervisor in Bruce- ton Mills, W.Va.
