MAHONING COUNTY

Celtic Healthcare offers hot, nutritious meals weekdays at eight locations in Mahoning County for people 60 or older and their spouses, regardless of age. Reservations are required three days in advance. Transportation is available for those 60 or older; call 330-884-2511 to set up. A $2 donation is suggested per meal. Home-delivered meals are also available for seniors homebound due to illness, injury or handicap.

Wednesday, July 13: Salisbury steak with mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans, fresh grapes, graham cracker, bread, honey and milk.

Thursday, July 14: Manicotti with sauce, Normandy blend vegetables, green peas, diced peaches, Italian bread with margarine, chocolate cupcake or angel food cake, and milk.

Friday, July 15: Cheese omelet, Tater Tots, ketchup, orange juice, unsweetened applesauce, reduced-fat blueberry muffin and milk.

Saturday, July 16: Turkey and cheese on a bun, mustard, mayonnaise, tossed salad, carrot-raisin salad, unsweetened fruit cocktail and milk.

Monday, July 18: Teriyaki chicken, penne and sauce, french green beans, apple, wheat bread margarine and milk.

Tuesday, July 19: Beef steak burger on a bun, ketchup, mushrooms, baked potato, broccoli, unsweetened peaches and milk.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

The Trumbull County Office of Elderly Affairs offers older people a well-balanced meal and an opportunity to share fellowship weekdays at 12 locations in Trumbull County. Reservations must be made two working days in advance. Any person 60 or older or whose spouse is 60 or over is eligible to attend. There is no income requirement. The suggested donation is $1.50 per meal.

Wednesday, July 13: Penne pasta with sauce, meatballs, Italian green beans, shredded lettuce with Italian dressing, Italian bread with margarine, diced pears and milk.

Thursday, July 14: Teriyaki chicken, au gratin potatoes, Oriental mixed vegetables, rye bread with margarine, fruit mix and milk.

Friday, July 15: Ham slice with pineapple, mashed yams, creamed corn, wheat bread with margarine, diced peaches and milk.

Monday, July 18: Cheese omelet, sausage patty, seasoned potatoes, applesauce, blueberry muffin, orange juice and milk.

Tuesday, July 19: Johnny Marzetti, cauliflower, lima beans, white bread with margarine, fruit mix and milk.
