FINANCIAL

F.N.B. Wealth Management, a subsidiary of F.N.B. Corp., announced the hiring of Dale Standley Jr. as vice president and financial adviser for First National Trust Co. He will be responsible for new business development of employee benefit accounts, Individual Retirement Accounts, personal agency accounts and estate-planning relationships in Northeast Ohio and Western Pennsylvania. Standley joins First National Trust with more than a decade of industry experience, most recently serving as an investment adviser for PNC Wealth Management. Standley lives in Salem and earned his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Youngstown State University.

The Home Savings and Loan Company announced the promotions of James Reske, chartered financial analyst, to executive vice president and Timothy Esson to senior vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer. Reske joined Home Savings and its parent company, United Community Financial Corp. in May 2008. In addition to continuing as both CFO and treasurer of UCFC, he serves as executive vice president of Home Savings and oversees the accounting and finance, retail and information technology divisions of Home Savings. Esson joined Home Savings as vice president of finance in May 2003. He will be responsible for all of the financial activities of the bank.

Frank Paden, former president and CEO and current executive chairman of the board at Farmers National Bank, recently announced his retirement after 40 years at the bank. Paden, who will retire Sept. 30, served in various capacities and earned a position with the senior management team in 1991. Paden was promoted to president, secretary and CEO of Farmers National Banc Corp. in 1996. To honor Paden, the bank has established an endowed scholarship fund, The Farmers National Bank Frank L. Paden Scholarship Fund.

UTILITIES

Boardman-based Aqua Ohio Inc. recently hired Michael Brown as its new field supervisor for the Struthers division. A Youngstown resident, Brown brings several years of management experience and extensive military training. Brown managed more than 40 employees as a maintenance supervisor for Joy Mining and Machinery. He received a bachelor’s degree from YSU.

Darlene Gamble of Girard and Carrie Copeland of Warren, independent distributors with Premier Designs jewelry, were recently promoted to Builder, which is Premier’s first level of leadership. They represent the top 8 percent of Premier Designs 40,000 jewelers.Jacqui Foster, independent distributor with Premier Designs, was recently promoted to Designer, which is Premier’s second level of leadership, representing the top 5 percent of jewelers. All will be recognized at Premier’s national rally this month in Fort Worth, Texas.

MARKETING

Farris Marketing in Boardman recently added two new clients. Briarfield Healthcare Centers, which operates eight facilities in Mahoning and Trumbull counties, offers rehabilitation, senior care and retirement-living services. Dallas-based Revenue Development Resources Inc. provides radio stations with marketing tools to build audience and generate revenue across multiple platforms. Farris also retained Youngstown-based Olsavsky Jaminet Architects, Inc.

HEALTH CARE

Dr. Narayan Neupane, an expert in pulmonary medicine, has joined the UPMC Horizon Lung Center and UPMC Horizon’s medical staff. Dr. Neupane earned his medical degree from the College of Medical Sciences in Nepal. He completed an internal-medicine residency and a pulmonary-medicine fellowship at Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, N.Y. He is a member of American College of Chest Physicians and the American Thoracic Society. He is board-certified in internal medicine.
