Lists of vacation Bible schools open to the public will run on the Religion page. Please include the following information: the complete name of the church; address with city or township; time, date and location of sessions; program theme; ages or grades; and whether it’s free or there is a fee. Information should be submitted two weeks before the school’s opening or its registration deadline. Who: Cornersburg Baptist Church.

What: “Big Apple Adventure — Where Faith and Life Connect!” is the theme.

When: 6 to 8 p.m. Monday through Thursday. Registration will be from 5:30 to 6 p.m. Monday.

Where: Church, 3898 Tippecanoe Road, Youngstown.

Details: The free program includes Bible stories, music, games and crafts. It is open to 4- to 12-year-olds. The program will be Monday through Wednesday and conclude Thursday with a celebration for family, friends and community. For information, call (330) 702-8959.

What: Vacation Bible school is planned.

When: 9 a.m. to noon July 25-29.

Who: Greenford Lutheran Church.

What: “Gold Rush; Discovering the Rock of Ages” is the theme.

When: 5:30 to 8 p.m. Aug. 1-5.

Where: Coy Park on state Route 165, one mile west of Greenford.

Who: Howland Community Church.

What: “Camp Creation” is the theme.

When: 6 to 8:15 p.m. Monday through Friday.

Where: Church, 198 Niles-Cortland Road S.E., Howland.

Details: The program will include stories, crafts, snacks, games and science experiments for children from 3 years old through fifth grade. On Friday, there will be a cookout. Cost is $10 a child and $5 for each additional child. For registration, call 330-856-3628.
