Nicole Harris and James Van Hise II, both of Willowick, Ohio, are engaged, Mr. and Mrs. Robert Sepesy of Struthers, parents of the prospective groom, announce.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Rex Harris of Madison, Ohio, and the late Cynthia Skerowske.

Mr. Van Hise also is the son of James Van Hise Sr. of Struthers.

The couple have planned a 1 p.m. wedding for Sept. 10 at St. Mary Magdalene Church in Willowick. An evening reception will follow at LaVera in Willoughby Hills.

Miss Harris earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Bowling Green State University and is a senior targeting manager for Work Place Media in Mentor, Ohio.

Mr. Van Hise earned an associate degree in specialized technology from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh.

He is a graphic design manager for Overdrive Inc. in Cleveland.
