Lindsay Chumita, Charles Scaglione set wedding date

The engagement of Lindsay Erin Chumita, daughter of Daniel and Joann Chumita of Boardman, to Charles Louis William Scaglione, son of Theresa and Mel Fenger of Port Clinton, Ohio, and the late Charles Scaglione, is announced by the parents.

The wedding is planned for 2 p.m. Sept. 3 at St. Dominic Church in Youngstown, and a reception will follow at St. Mary’s Assumption Social Center, also in Youngstown. Invitation will be issued for both.

The bride-to-be is a graduate of Youngstown State University with a bachelor’s degree in nursing. She is employed as a registered nurse by University of Pittsburgh Medical in Pittsburgh.

The prospective groom earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing and communications from YSU. He is senior district manager of marketing for Anheuser-Busch in Pittsburgh.
