Ohio woman pleads guilty for spraying breast milk on deputies

DELAWARE, Ohio (AP) — A central Ohio woman accused of spraying sheriff’s deputies with breast milk has pleaded guilty to two misdemeanors.

Thirty-year-old Stephanie Robinette, of Westerville, pleaded guilty today in Delaware Municipal Court to charges of assault and obstruction of official business.

Atty. Brad Koffel says his client is embarrassed and humiliated and just wants to get on with her life. Robinette is to be sentenced Aug. 26, and Koffel expects she will avoid jail time.

Robinette was arrested June 25 by deputies responding to a domestic dispute.

Delaware County sheriff’s officials said she wouldn’t cooperate when deputies tried to remove her from a car. They said she told them she was a breast-feeding mother and then exposed part of her chest, spraying them with milk.
