Simply DeVine Gala planned for Way Station

A committee has been formed to begin the planning of Simply Devine Gala, a benefit for The Way Station,

Members will pursue corporate sponsorship, student ambassadors, live auction items and small mystery-box items for the Nov. 6 event at The Links at Firestone Farms.

The purpose is to raise funds for The Way Station to help defray the cost of services it provides to an ever-increasing number of clients in Mahoning and Columbiana counties.

The Way Station, a private, nonprofit organization, helps those in need with job training, food and clothing, direct emergency assistance, adult literacy and many other community services.
