Williamson, Whan nuptials set for Aug. 6

DUNDEE, SCOTLAND

Karen Williamson of Dundee, Scotland, is announcing the engagement of her daughter, Ashley Claire Williamson of Austintown, and Brian Michael Whan, also of Austintown.

The bride-elect also is the daughter of the late Steven Williamson, and the prospective groom is the son of Jane and Michael Whan of Girard.

The wedding will take place Aug. 6 at Church Hill United Methodist Church in Youngstown, and a reception will follow at the Mahoning Country Club in Girard. Invitations will be issued for both events.

Miss Williamson attends Youngstown State University, where she studies exercise science.

Mr. Whan also attends YSU, where he is pursuing a degree in general studies. He is employed by Wal-Mart in Austintown in an IMS position.
