Mary Stockero, Scott Cannon to wed in August

CANFIELD

Patrick and Donna Cannon of Canfield are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their son, Scott Cannon of Rocky River, Ohio, to Mary Stockero, also of Rocky River.

She is the daughter of Gene and Margie Stockero of Sanford, Mich.

The couple’s wedding will take place in August in Avon, Ohio.

Invitations will be extended for the ceremony and for the reception at the Red Tail Golf Club in Avon.

The bride-elect earned a degree in business management from Delta College/Saginaw Valley State University and a degree in nursing from Cuyahoga Community College. She is employed by The Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland.

The prospective groom earned degrees in social and behavioral sciences/criminology from Ohio State University and in business administration/management from Tiffin University. He is a master’s candidate at Tiffin, where he is working for his degree in homeland security. Mr. Cannon is employed by the U.S. government.
