Kinsman man dies in one-car crash

FOWLER — The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a one-vehicle crash that killed a 19-year-old man from Kinsman.

Troopers said Timothy J. Hess died after his Ford Contour went off the left side of Cadwallader Sonk Road and hit a tree before coming to rest on its roof around 4:10 a.m. Saturday.
