Boardman alumni party set for July

The Boardman High School Class of 1959 is planning a 70th birthday bash celebration for Boardman High School graduates from 1956 to 1962 July 19-21 at the Lodge at Geneva-on-the-Lake.

The festivities will begin July 19 with a 10 a.m. 18-hole golf outing at Erie Shores Golf Course, 7298 Lake Road East in Madison, Ohio, followed by a 5 p.m. welcome gathering at the Old Firehouse Winery, 5499 Lake Road.

On July 20, guests can join an informal breakfast at the Lodge dining room from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. and a trip the Geneva-on-the-Lake Golf Course, 4902 Al Marz Dr., for a round of golf.

The casual dress birthday bash will begin at 5 p.m. in the Lodge’s ballroom.

The night will feature a dinner, birthday cake, entertainment program, socializing, reminiscing and dancing. An informal breakfast from 7 a.m. to 9 a.m. July 21 will kick off the day.
