Ursuline's Markota commits to YSU

YOUNGSTOWN

Ursuline linebacker Jordan Markota (6-2, 215) verbally committed to YSU on Monday.

Markota was a second-team All-Ohioan for the Irish, who won the Division V state title. He's the second Ursuline player to commit to the Penguins in the 2011 class, joining OL Zach Conlan.
