Campbell man to appear Tuesday in Boardman court on indecency charges

BOARDMAN — A 22-year-old Campbell man will be arraigned Tuesday on charges of public indecency and disorderly conduct.

Police said Seth M. Layton was urinating in the parking lot of Kmart on U.S. Route 224 late Saturday when he yelled out obscenities to a man and his son entering the store.

The man notified police of Layton’s behavior. When police arrived they found Layton in his car heavily intoxicated, reports state. Layton was taken to the police department on Market Street and issued a summons for Mahoning County Area Court here.
