Truck at dealership filled with pet food

WARREN

Bill Sims, owner of Sims Buick/GMC and Sims Nissan dealerships, conducted a holiday pet food drive throughout December that netted a truck full of donated food for cats and dogs.

Clear Channel Radio cooperated in the undertaking by urging listeners to take pet food to the dealership, where it filled the back of a Buick Frontier.

The pet food was delivered to the Animal Welfare League of Trumbull County, which will distribute the food to local pet owners who are unemployed, senior citizens or those who are in the low-income group.

For more information about the league go to www.animalwelfareohio,com or call 330-394-3512.
