Criminal fugitive Lexter Williams arrested in Philly

YOUNGSTOWN — He sexually assaulted a woman, terrorized a couple, was given reprieve before serving his prison sentence, then fled from this area, but today Lexter Williams in back in police custody.

Representatives of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court have confirmed that Williams, 30, of Kendis Circle, has been arrested in Philadelphia. Philadelphia police say Williams is jailed there on a $100,000 bond awaiting extradition.
