Curfew violation

YOUNGSTOWN

Police issued a citation to a 15-year-old boy for a curfew violation after police received a call about gunshots fired in the 200 block of Hilton Avenue on the South Side.

Officers were called to Hilton about 12:30 a.m. Sunday. Reports say officers found the boy in the area acting as if he was carrying a firearm, but a search produced only a gun holster and spare pistol magazine. The boy was released to his mother.
