Parents reveal Gulling-White wedding plans

The engagement of Kathrine Gulling and Jasen White, both of Alexandria, Ohio, and plans for their summer wedding are being announced by their parents, Barb and Jeff Gulling of Lowellville, and Robert and Luann White of Vienna.

Invitations will be issued for the wedding the couple have planned for 5 p.m. Aug. 6 and for their reception immediately after the ceremony, both at New Castle Country Club in New Castle, Pa.

The bride-to-be graduated from Walsh University with a bachelor’s degree in biology/pre-medicine and minor in psychology. She earned her master’s degree in education from Mount Vernon Nazarene University and is a middle school science and pre-algebra teacher with Canal Winchester School District.

The prospective groom earned a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Youngstown State University and is pursuing a master’s degree in business at Capital University. He is an electrical engineer at Rolls Royce Energy Systems Inc. in Mount Vernon.
