Kristin Gilida, Steven Steeley to be married

Richard and Deborah Gilida of Hubbard are announcing the engagement and upcoming marriage of their daughter Kristin Gilida and Steven Steeley, a son of James and Barbara Doster of Hellertown, Pa., and the late Larry Steeley.

The bride-elect graduated summa cum laude from Youngstown State University and is pursuing a doctorate in chemical and biochemical engineering at Rutgers University.

Her fianc graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in agronomy and environmental science from Delaware Valley College. He is pursuing a master’s degree in chemical engineering at Rutgers and is working for BASF Co. in Iselin, N.J.

The couple are planning an afternoon wedding in March at St. Nicholas Byzantine Catholic Church, Youngstown.

Invitations will be issued for the ceremony and for a family reception at the Davis Center in Fellows Riverside Gardens, Mill Creek Park, Youngstown.
