Some $66.2 million in federal money is headed for Ohio’s homeless assistance programs including about $3.1 million in Columbiana, Mahoning and Trumbull counties. Local programs and the amounts they are to receive are:

Homeless Management Information System: $50,308.

Homeless Solutions SRO: $249,840.

Project Safe: $136,786.

SRO II: $80,876.

Vocational services for individuals who are homeless: $72,063.

William G. Bodner Transitional Home: $35,945.

Youngstown Homeless Advocacy Law and Outreach: $17,850.

YWCA permanent housing for single disabled women: $105,248.

YWCA Project Independence: $89,353.

YWCA scattered site 1 housing for homeless disabled families: $136,595.

YWCA scattered site 2 permanent housing for disabled families: $55,728.

YWCA scattered site 3 permanent housing for disabled families: $132,141.

Total: $1,586,996

A New Start-A Fresh Start: $224,028.

Another Chance Transitional Housing: $95,730.

Fleming House: $70,606.

Permanent Housing for Persons with Disabilities: $36,667.

Free Choice I: The Counseling Center, $30,240.

Free Choice II: The Counseling Center, $30,240.

TRUMBULL COUNTY

A House of Blessing, Warren: $141,334.

Shelter Plus Care for homeless persons with a mental illness: $230,436.

Trumbull County Board of Mental Health: $96,767.

Crossroads Supportive Housing Program: $286,661.

Shelter Plus Care Vouchers for homeless persons with mental illness: $316,992.

Total: $1,072,190.
