Struthers issues parking ban beginning at noon today

STRUTHERS — Because of the impending snow storm headed to the Mahoning Valley, there is a parking ban in the city beginning at noon today until 6 p.m. Friday. Residents must remove their vehicles from city streets to allow crews to clear away snow.
