Deadline announced for scholarships

YOUNGSTOWN

Youngstown Alumnae Panhellenic is offering a $1,500 scholarship for the 2011-2012 school year to an undergraduate who is an active member of a national Panhellenic conference sorority.

The applicant must be a full-time sophomore, junior or nongraduating senior woman who lives in Mahoning, Trumbull or Columbiana counties.

The award will be based on scholarship, financial need, leadership and sorority participation, and will be paid directly to the financial affairs office at the university.
