“Oliver,SDRq Youngstown Playhouse Youth Theatre, Glenwood Ave., Youngstown, will have auditions from 3 to 6 p.m. Sunday for children age 6-17; 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday for adults; and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday for callbacks. Anyone interested should bring a picture of themselves and music. Actors may sing something from “Oliver” if they prefer. If actors don’t have music, Anthony Ruggiero will work with them. You also should wear comfortable clothes. Performances are April 8-10, and 15-17. 330-788-8739.

“Agnes of God,SDRq Victorian Players, 702 Mahoning Ave., Youngstown. Auditions will be at 7 p.m. Jan. 31 and Feb. 1. Roles are available for Mother Superior, female age 40-50; Sister Agnes, female age 20-30. The role of Dr. Martha Livingstone is not available. Auditioners will be asked to read from the script. “Jesus Christ Superstar,SDRq Salem Community Theatre, 490 E. State St., Salem. The production will be directed by Michael Dempsey, with musical direction by Anthony Ruggiero and choreography by Sarah Durham. Open auditions will be from 7 to 10 p.m. Feb. 13 and 15. Callbacks will be at 7 p.m. Feb. 16. Auditioners should prepare a one-minute vocal selection and provide sheet music in their key. They also should wear suitable clothing for moving and dancing.
