Western Reserve wins, Lisbon falls

Hannah Shrader scored a game-high 18 points and two others had 10 points for the Western Reserve Blue Devils, who improved to 10-2 on the year by beating Southington, 51-35, on Monday night.
Scoring in the double figures were Sammi Burton and Hannah Mowery, who made the game’s only 3-point goal.
Tori Korda brought down 12 rebounds while Shrader, Burton and Linley Mamonis each had nine.
Colleen Kennehan had six assists, and Korda added four more. The duo also had five and three steals, respectively. Kennehan showed her defensive prowess, blocking four Wildcat shots. Hannah Shrader also blokced a pair of shots in the contest.

LISBON
Lauren Evans scored nine points for the Blue Devils, who fell just short. Katie Snoddy also had nine points, all of which came on 3-pointers.
Snoddy also had five assists and nine steals for the Blue Devils, who fell to 5-6 on the year.
Pam Pierce brought down eight rebounds. Jordan Fonte had nine points for Sandy Valley, and Ashley Miller had eight.
