The Meadows at Covington, Senior Residence, 200 Covington Drive, East Palestine, will present a free senior educational program, “Better Living Through Planning,” from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Feb. 10. Attorney Charlene E. Burke will discuss such topics as elder law, estate planning, Medicaid planning, benefits for veterans, living will, power of attorney and advanced directives.
