Presiding judge

Probate Judge Mark Belinky has been elected as presiding judge of the Mahoning County Common Pleas Courts for this year. Judge Belinky has served on the probate court bench for three years.

He serves on the Ohio Judicial Conference Probate Practice and Law Committee. The judge also is a member of the Ohio Probate Judges Association and serves on the Forums Committee.

Judge Belinky and his wife, Cynthia O’Neill Belinky, have four children, Todd, Rachel, Daniel and Sarah.

The term of presiding judge is one year. Judge Belinky will preside over the eight common-pleas judges.

Milestones is a regular Sunday feature in The Vindicator. Articles must be submitted within 30 days of the Milestone event. Include a stamped, self-addressed envelope if you want a picture returned.
