Testimonial dinner

The Youngstown YMCA will have a special testimonial dinner in honor of Kenneth L. Rudge, the organization’s retiring chief executive officer, at 6:30 p.m. today in the Community Gym of the central branch in downtown Youngstown, 17 N. Champion St.
