Man faces OVI charge

Ohio State Highway Patrol charged Timothy Wilson, 40, of Niles with operating a vehicle impaired and failure to control after an accident at 11:50 p.m. Sunday near state Route 11 on Interstate 80. According to the patrol report, Wilson was traveling east on I-80 when he lost control and hit a concrete wall. He was taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center with nonlife-threatening injuries.
