Boardman police arrest 4 on drug and theft charges

A Struthers man and a Warren man are accused of stealing from township stores.
Jason Michael Mulgrew, 32, of Struthers told Boardman police that he took three cell phones from Walmart on Doral Drive early Saturday, according to reports. Two other people in the car with him in the store parking lot also were arrested.
Jolleen M. Boggs, 21, of Youngstown, who was in the car, was arrested for a warrant out of Austintown for violating probation. She also was charged with possession of drug-abuse instruments and drug paraphernalia.
Michael A. Faiola Jr. of Youngstown, the driver, denied consent for police to search his car. A police dog arrived, officers said, and found a crack pipe and syringe. Faiola was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and complicity to theft.
On Friday, police arrested Michael R. Rosier, 33, of Warren in connection with theft of 20 DVDs valued at about $450 from Sam’s Club on South Avenue. According to reports, Rosier tried to run out of the store but stopped when he saw police approaching him. He was taken to Mahoning County jail.
