YOUNGSTOWN

A public reception for Connie Hathorn, new Youngstown schools superintendent, will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday, at Wilson Middle School, 2725 Gibson St. Sponsoring the event are the Youngstown Area Association of Black Educators, Youngstown unit of the NAACP, Greater Warren-Youngstown Urban League, Youngstown Chapter of National Council of Negro Women, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Youngstown Coalition of Black Women and the Community Mobilization Committee.
